MOTOR HOMES

Rental Policies and Conditions on Motor Home Rentals

  The following policies and conditions apply to all Outdoors and More Motor Home Rentals:

1.      Renters/Drivers must be 25 years of age or older and posses a valid driver’s license.

2.      Renters must complete and sign a Rental Reservation Application prior to departure.

3.      A $200 reservation deposit is required; this deposit goes towards the rental cost.

4.      A security deposit of $1500 is required on all Motor Homes.

5.      A 72 hour reservation request is required to run the Motor Vehicle Reports.

6.      There is a $40 fee for two Motor Vehicle Reports and Propane; as well as 10% tax.

7.      You will receive 8 hours of generator use per rental day; any additional usage will be subject to a $2 per hour charge; this is found by the running meter onboard.

8.      You will receive 125 driving miles per rental day; any additional usage will result in a $0.25 per additional mile charge.



 

      * NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR EARLY RETURNS OR LATE PICKUPS.

      * NO USE OF THE AWNINGS OR ROOFS.

      * NO TOWING PERMITTED WITH MOTOR HOMES.

      * ALL RENTAL RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

      * 1 WEEK MINIMUM RENTALS ON MOST HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS.

POP UPS, TRAVEL TRAILERS, and EXPANDABLES

  1. The propane fee is $10 and tax is 10%.
  2. There is a $100 reservation deposit, which is placed towards total rental cost.
  3. A $750 security deposited is required for the Travel Trailers and Expandables.
  4. A $500 security deposit is required for all Pop Ups.
